Stress is the body's reaction to daily life events and behaviors, be they good or bad, real or imaginary.


There are two types of stress and both can wreck havoc on body, mind & spirit if not properly managed. Welcome to the world of Eustress and Distress.

DISTRESS is negative stress due to negative life events...for example, the end of a long term relationship.

EUSTRESS is positive stress due to positive life events...for example, planning your perfect wedding day.

The body & mind does not distinguish between Distress and Eustress. Stress is stress whether good or bad. If stress is not managed and/or eliminated it becomes a chronic affliction.


When suffering from chronic stress, the body and brain stay in a permanently high state of anxiety, causing you to exhaustion, depression and an unfocused mind.  If stress is not managed, it becomes a chronic issue leading to the breakdown of body, mind and spirit.


Symptoms may include, but not limited to: Insomnia, Headaches, Diarrhea, Constipation, Nausea, Aches and Pains, Irregular Heartbeat, Low Libido, Infertility, Compromised Immune System, Depression.
